Gas Oil Marker Concentrate - a composite marking solution containing the prescribed gas oil markers quinizarin and Solvent Red 24. GOMC is used to mark fuel on which duty has been paid at a reduced rate and which is not, therefore, to be used as fuel for road vehicles. HM Customs & Revenue Glossary
